I had it delivered and it came in perfect condition. Nilkamal was considerate to send installation personnel but unpacking and self installation wasn't a hassle since it's not a very heavy mattress but it doesn't disappoint in performance. Soft on both the sides and inflates almost immediately to the perfect height. Using it everyday for a month and no complains. Might write a review propet review after one year.
